LIBRARY ASSISTANT
The International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, welcomes Curricula Vitae, in order to establish a roster
of suitable persons to fill the position of Special Library Assistant at the Marie Curie Library.
The roster will be used to fill future assignments. The Special Library Assistant is a part -time position(working in the
evenings and during week-ends) to offer basic assistance to Library users and perform related tasks. The position is well suited for , but not limited to, graduate and post-graduate students.
The CVs must be completed on line and should include details concerning education, work experience/specialization
and familiarity with and knowledge of office automation.
As a minimum, candidates must have completed high school education. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) required. Library experience and/or scientific background are an
asset. Excellent knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Italian is desirable.
Candidates must be client oriented.
